LAWRENSON FAMILY TREE
Putting together a family tree is a major project and will take considerable time and effort. It appears that prior to Elisabeth’s grandfather, T.A. Lawrenson establishing his horticultural business in north Yorkshire. The Lawrensons came from Lancashire. On Elisabeth’s maternal side it appears that this will lead to Scotland. What this means is that we will be relying upon the internet. It is almost certain that at some time there will be a need to visit County Record Offices, and possibly Parish Churches. When we get that far and know where to go, we will be asking for volunteers.
However to “ kick off” we have to start with the living. I have made a page of Notes together with two Forms. Form 1 is very comprehensive, whilst Form 2 is for more basic information. (In case you don’t have MS Word or MS Excel I have also included then in Rich Text and PDF)
We hope that you will download a copy of the Notes and Forms 1 & 2, and then complete entries for your family plus any ancestors. If you can look out old photos, BDM Certificates, Newspaper Articles etc., and send us copies, we would be most grateful.
